High Volume Leads
The one thing about volume leads is that they aren't targeted to your business initially. They need to be contacted first then a potential opt in can occur.
The best way to contact them is through a 3rd party bulk mailing system not yours. The owner of this program swears he has been in business for the last 8 years. Take a look if you are intersted but I recommend starting with the solo ads. Recently they have been giving up to double the leads.
